VBPL is located in the heart of the Hyderabad life science cluster, along with Biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies. The facility is designed for translational development activities and is well-suited for the development of a wide range of compound types and safety classifications, ranging from parenterals for biotherapeutics to oral dosage forms for small molecules.
We have an expansive infrastructure, which comprises of USFDA and WHO – GMP certified production units, Testing laboratories, Research & Development facilities , Warehouse and Packaging divisions. All units are equipped with the latest machines and cutting edge technologies to formulate a range that is widely considered best-in-class. The complete range undergoes several stringent quality checks to ascertain.
Separate laboratories house analytical, formulation development and stability functions. State-of the art instrumentation includes Injectable lines for PFS , Cartridges and Vials , BFS lines , HPLCs with various detectors (UV, ELSD-LTS, RI, PDA, FL), Lyophilizers, Environmental chambers, Stability chambers, Storage Freezers and other equipment. Multiple fume hoods, Laminar flow hoods and Biological safety cabinets are in each laboratory suite.
